Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026
In shortOur games collect no personal data, have no ads and no tracking, and save your progress on your own device. Purchases go through Google Play or Steam, and we never see your payment details. If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

01Who we are

This policy covers the website vonleck.com and the games made by Vonleck, an independent game studio:

  • Cinderdeep for PC (Steam)
  • Blackhat for Android (Google Play)
  • Rise to Glory for Android (Google Play)

Vonleck is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything about your privacy, write to contact@vonleck.com.

02Our games

None of our games ask for your name, email address or any other personal details, and Vonleck does not collect personal data through them. They have no accounts, no ads and no analytics.

The games do not ask for access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos or files.

If you uninstall a game or clear its data, the progress saved on your device is deleted with it. We cannot restore it, because we never had a copy.

03Stores and purchases

When you buy a game or something inside a game, such as the Pro version of Blackhat or Rise to Glory, or gem packs in Rise to Glory, the payment is handled entirely by the store:

We never see your card or payment details. The store tells the game only that a purchase was made, so it can unlock what you bought. The stores also give us combined sales and usage statistics, such as how many people installed a game, and may give us an order number and the country of a purchase, which we use only for accounting, refunds and support.

04The website

The website has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking cookies. It does not set any cookies of its own.

A small amount of technical data is still handled when you visit, because of how websites work:

ServiceWhat it handlesWhy
Cloudflare (hosting)Your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the time of the requestTo deliver the site and protect it from abuse and attacks
Google FontsYour IP address and browser details, when your browser downloads the fonts the site usesTo show the site in its intended typefaces

We use this only to run and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

05When you email us

If you write to contact@vonleck.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. Messages are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our email inbox.

We use your message only to reply and to handle what you asked about, such as a bug report, a purchase problem or a press request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or the steps you asked us to take (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep emails while the conversation is useful, and delete them when you ask.

06Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. Only the services named on this page handle it, each for the purpose described. Some of them are based outside the EU, mainly in the United States. Where data goes outside the EU, those providers use the safeguards GDPR requires, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

07Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it
  • have incorrect data corrected
  • have your data deleted
  • object to us using your data, or ask us to restrict how we use it

To use any of these rights, email contact@vonleck.com. We reply within one month. For data held by Google Play or Steam, such as your purchase history, contact those stores directly, as they control that data.

You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). If you live elsewhere in the EU, you can contact your own country's authority.

08Children

Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because the games collect no personal data, nothing about a child is sent to us by playing them. If you believe a child has emailed us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

09Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example because a game adds online features or crash reports, we will update this page first and change the date at the top. Significant changes will also be shown on the front page of the site.
